Title Fight ‘Floral Green’

Originally released in 2012, Floral Green is the second full-length from Title Fight and one of the defining records of the band’s catalog.

Recorded with Will Yip at Studio 4 in Pennsylvania, the album finds Title Fight expanding the melodic hardcore foundation of Shed into something darker, more atmospheric and increasingly textured. Across 11 tracks, the band moves effortlessly between urgency, melody and haze, helping shape the sound that would influence a generation of emo, hardcore and post-hardcore bands.

Songs like “Numb, But I Still Feel It,” “Secret Society,” “Head in the Ceiling Fan,” “Lefty” and “Leaf” remain some of Title Fight’s most essential material, balancing raw emotion with huge hooks and a sense of restraint that gives the record its lasting power.
