Iodine Recordings provides this website, including the information, tools, products, and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service and any other policies or notices referenced here.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you use our services and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the site, including browsers and customers.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell products and services.

Many Iodine products are manufactured in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.

Returns, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns + Order Issues Policy. Shipping, delivery, tracking, and international-order information is covered by our Shipping + Delivery Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, packaging, and descriptions accurately. Displays vary between devices, and physical products such as vinyl may also have normal manufacturing variations.

We may limit sales, quantities, geographic availability, or access to particular products where reasonably necessary. Limited-edition products may also have stated per-customer purchase limits.

Product descriptions and prices may be corrected or changed if an error is discovered. We may discontinue a product at any time.

SECTION 6: ORDERS, BILLING + ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment problems, abuse of purchase limits, pricing or inventory errors, or other unusual activity.

If we cancel or materially change an order after it has been placed, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you using the information provided with the order.

We may limit orders that appear intended to circumvent product limits or for unauthorized resale. Approved wholesale and distribution relationships are handled separately from ordinary webstore orders.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping, billing, and account information so that we can process your order and contact you when necessary.

If you purchase an Iodine release through another retailer, distributor, regional store, artist, or other third party, that seller's own terms and policies apply to that transaction.

SECTION 9: FEEDBACK + CREATIVE SUBMISSIONS

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas specifically about the Iodine website, webstore, products, or services, you agree that we may use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not mean Iodine claims ownership of unsolicited music, artwork, photography, writing, manuscripts, recordings, or other creative work that you send us.

Sending creative material to Iodine does not transfer ownership, copyright, publishing rights, recording rights, or any other intellectual-property rights to us unless we separately agree to that in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or contain malicious software or unlawful material.

SECTION 10: PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11: ERRORS, INACCURACIES + OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, transit times, editions, or other information.

We may correct errors and update information when discovered. Where permitted by law, we may also cancel an order affected by a material pricing, inventory, or listing error and issue an appropriate refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or waives liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or waived under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iodine Recordings and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and representatives from claims or demands arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another party's rights.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms remain effective while you use the site or services. Obligations and liabilities that by their nature should survive termination will continue after termination.

You may stop using the site at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been materially violated or where necessary to protect the website, Iodine, our customers, or others.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
