SHIPPING
All items are shipped at the fastest and economical rate. Generally this means USPS media mail for vinyl and USPS first class for Merch. Most orders will arrive within a week of shipping. Priority mail is the fastest option and can be purchased at checkout. International shipping will be by USPS first class package international or priority international. International rates are offered at the best possible rate based on weight. 

PRE-ORDERS
If you placed an order that includes a PRE-ORDER item. Your order will not ship until all the items are available and in stock. 

EU ORDERS
Iodine does not collect VAT for EU orders and customer is responsible for any VAT during delivery. We recommend shopping for EU orders via Evil Greed our official EU store: www.evilgreed.net  or www.deathwishinc.eu

Return Policy
Since Iodine is a small operation, all sales are final, with the exception of damaged items. Please double check the sizing of clothing before ordering as we will not often be able to make exchanges for different sizes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If you receive a damaged record, please contact us at info@iodinerecords.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges / Refunds
When possible, we will exchange damaged records with a replacement. If that item is out of stock, we will work on refunding the order to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Demo Policy: Iodine is an extremely small operation at this time and unfortunately we are not currently accepting demos.
